We are an authorised redONE Network Sdn. Bhd. agent providing plan registration and consultation services for postpaid, prepaid, and device bundle plans. We facilitate applications on behalf of customers to redONE Network Sdn. Bhd.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, redONE Premier Center Gold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) (Act 709) of Malaysia.
Your personal data is shared with redONE Network Sdn. Bhd. solely for the purpose of processing your plan application. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain your personal data for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Malaysian regulatory requirements, or until the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled.

Modest gifts and hospitality of reasonable value that are customary in Malaysia may be acceptable, provided they are transparent, proportionate, and not intended to influence a business decision. Any gifts received above RM100 in value must be disclosed to management.
